This four-week Pilates course takes you beyond the class experience with weekly sessions that blend theory, practice and personalised coaching.
You will explore the core principles of Pilates and basic anatomy to build better posture, movement and control. Each week builds on the last to strengthen your understanding.
The course provides beginners with a solid foundation in correct technique. If you already attend Pilates, it helps you refine your skills, deepen your awareness and get more out of your regular training.
By the end of the course, you will feel stronger, more balanced and more in tune with your body.
About your instructor
Jen Rose is an experienced Pilates instructor with a background in functional movement and postural alignment. She brings a calm, supportive teaching style that helps participants understand the ‘why’ behind each movement.

Week 1: Build your foundation. Learn the fundamentals and set up with confidence.
Week 2: Find your flow. Connect breath with movement for strength and control.
Week 3: Strengthen and refine. Improve posture, refine technique and build body awareness.
Week 4: Put it all together. Progress through a guided routine that you can carry into your regular classes.

If you miss a session, it can’t be made up. You’ll still receive your workbook and course videos to stay on track. See our Terms and Conditions for details.

You can cancel up to 14 days before the course starts for a credit. If you can’t attend, you may transfer your place to another ClubActive member before the course begins. After the course starts, transfers and credits aren’t available.

You must be 15 or older. If you’re under 18, a guardian’s consent is required.

Participants must hold a current ClubActive membership to join this course.
Missed or no-show sessions are non-refundable and not eligible for credit.
If you’re unable to attend due to medical reasons, a credit may be issued at the discretion of the ClubActive Manager (a medical certificate may be required).
If you need to withdraw from the course, written notice is required at least 14 days before the first session. A $25 administration fee may apply.
Cancelled sessions initiated by ClubActive will receive a credit applied as a voucher to your account.
