Course information

    • Courses are delivered by experienced ClubActive group fitness instructors. Teaching staff may vary by intake and location. Each course follows a structured format, with length and content varying by programme.

    • ClubActive members who want to build confidence and improve how they move

    • ClubActive members new to structured training who want a supported start

    • Anyone recommended by a physio or health professional

    • Non-members who’d like to join — you’ll just need to purchase a ClubActive membership first

  • Yes. Courses are designed to support all levels, with a focus on building strong foundations and confidence over time.

  • Yes. These courses are designed to build on what you already do, helping you refine your technique and get more from your training.

  • If you miss a session, it can’t be made up. You’ll still receive any supporting resources to help you stay on track.

  • You can cancel up to 14 days before the course starts for a credit. If you can’t attend, you may transfer your place to another ClubActive member before the course begins. After the course starts, transfers and credits aren’t available.

  • You must be 15 or older. If you’re under 18, a guardian’s consent is required.

    • Participants must hold a current ClubActive membership to join this course.

    • Missed or no-show sessions are non-refundable and not eligible for credit.

    • If you’re unable to attend due to medical reasons, a credit may be issued at the discretion of the ClubActive Manager (a medical certificate may be required).

    • If you need to withdraw from the course, written notice is required at least 14 days before the first session. A $25 administration fee may apply.

    • Cancelled sessions initiated by ClubActive will receive a credit applied as a voucher to your account.
