Club Active has a variety of water and land-based group fitness classes for all levels and interests.
 

Land-based classes

With the exception of Spin classes, which are only held at Wellington Regional Aquatic Centre (WRAC), all of these classes are held at both WRAC and Freyberg Pool and Fitness Centre.

A medium high-intensity workout in deep water using buoyancy equipment. It includes cardiovascular fitness, muscle conditioning and toning. Water confidence is necessary.
